I've been in digital marketing for over 20 years. PPC, SEO, lead generation, real estate brokerage ownership, agency work — I've done the work, made the mistakes, and learned what actually moves the needle versus what just looks busy.
For most of that time, I watched businesses pay agencies for marketing that didn't connect to anything. Ads driving traffic that nowhere captured. Beautiful websites with no follow-up systems. CRMs full of leads nobody ever called back. The fundamental problem wasn't the marketing — it was the lack of systems behind it.
In 2024, I had a near-death experience. Came back with one clear mission: build systems that create freedom. Freedom for my clients to stop drowning in manual work. Freedom for me to spend my time on what matters. Every project I take on now gets automation-first thinking from day one.
